Our website
This website sets analytics cookies only if you accept them in the cookie notice. We do not use advertising cookies.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a service of Google, to see how many people visit the website, which pages they read and how they found us. It runs only after you choose “Accept” in the cookie notice. If you choose “Decline”, or make no choice, Google Analytics is not loaded and sets no cookies. When you accept, it sets these cookies:
- _ga (Google Analytics): tells visits apart with a random identifier. Kept for up to two years.
- _ga_K5GX52RBFB (Google Analytics): keeps the state of the current visit. Kept for up to two years.
Your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage under the name hakusana-consent, so the notice does not appear on every page. You can change it at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page; choosing “Decline” removes the Google Analytics cookies. See the Google privacy policy.
Your language choice
When you choose a language, the website saves it in your browser’s local storage under the name hakusana-lang, so the next page opens in the same language. It stays until you clear your browser data and is never sent to us.
The booking calendar
The calendar on our contact page is provided by Lunacal. It loads only when you choose “Show the booking calendar”. When it loads, these cookies are set by Lunacal’s service:
- __Secure-next-auth.csrf-token (Lunacal): protects the booking form against forged requests. Deleted when you close your browser.
- __Secure-next-auth.callback-url (Lunacal): remembers where to return after a booking step. Deleted when you close your browser.
- cf_clearance (Cloudflare, for Lunacal): shows that your browser passed Cloudflare’s security check. Kept for up to one year.
If you open the booking page directly instead, Lunacal’s own policies apply. See the Lunacal privacy policy.
Site administrators
The admin sign-in page, used by the people who edit the website, sets a sign-in cookie, hakusana_admin, which lasts up to eight hours. The public pages do not set it.
Your choices
You can accept or decline analytics cookies in the cookie notice, and change your choice with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
You can also block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. The website works without them; only the embedded booking calendar needs Lunacal’s cookies, and you can always book directly on Lunacal.
